Hi everyone
Just a few question's.
First of all is it possible to start a rtw ticket from ecuador and end in london ( say we don't take the last flight to ecuador)?

Any tip's on how to keep the rtw ticket cheap?
is it easy to find work in Australia?
Is it cheaper to book flight's to Fiji seperate from thr rtw ticket?
also is is possible to have a rtw say for 15 months instead on a year ??

Please share any tips you have, We are visiting South America, India, oz, nz ,thailand, laos vietnam and Fiji? Any tips would be useful - cool places to visit? etc. Many Thanks
x

With that many questions i think you need to speak to a travel operator.

try www.statravel.co.uk
www.airtrek.com
www.roundtheworldtickets.com

they should be able to give you advice on what is the cheapest. usually it depends when you want to travel more than anything and the route you choose to take. From what you have written you route would be expensive as its not in order of going round the world east to west or v.v.

As for Fiji, most pre made RTW tickets have fiji in thier route so, it doesn't cost any more money.

My ticket is Quantas/BA 29,000 air miles and seven stops departing in May is £704 plus taxes. i'm travelling thailand overland to singapore - Bali - cairns,OZ overland to Sydney,OZ - Christchurch, NZ overland to Auckland, NZ - Fiji- LA - new york. to give you an idea.

Happy travels
