Myself and three friends will be setting off from the uk in early April on a round the world trip. Our aim to to get all the way round without taking one flight. Our first stop is the Baltic States, we will then travel from Moscow to China on the Trans-Mongolian train, before travelling through South East Asia. We will be getting a boat from Indonesia to Australia, work for a while, before getting a boat to the Americas. We will travel through South and Central America, before eventually getting a boat back to the uk. We would particularly like to hear from travellers who have embarked on similar journeys and can offer any advice, such as tips on travelling round China and getting boats from Indonesia to Australia.
