Hi, just wondering if you can help me?
I would like to do some travelling and there is a lot I would like to see. My central question is whether to travel in lots of little bits, and go home now and then, or just to go once for a really long time. Which have people found to be better? Do people find that being away for too long makes you really homesick, and after a while, things become a chore? Or is it more rewarding to truly get away from it all? Thanks very much! |

If you've got the time and money, I'd suggest longer trips. If you break up the trip by staying in one place for a while, or by spending a night in a decent hotel once in a while, that can help to stave off travel fatigue or homesickness.
Have a good trip! Pete |

I agree. Longer trips are the best. Gives you more time to see all you want to see and not rush through only the "must see" tourist spots. So, yeah, travel as long as you can.
