I'm planning on making a trip round the world this fall to destinations including Sydney, Austrailia; Bangkok, Thailand; Malaysia; Istanbul, Turkey; and Amesterdam, Netherlands (tenative, and could include more). What is the best way to go about airline tickets? I have no idea where to start. Is there anything like a "World Airlines Pass" of any sort that you can purchase, or is it best to buy one ticket to each destination at a time? I'm just looking for the easiest, and most affordable route, as I will be traveling budget! Any input or ideas would be great! Thanks a lot, and happy/safe traveling to all of you fellow people!!!
Your best bet is to decide exactly where you want to go, and then speak to a RTW specialist, such as STA travel or Westernair. They will be able to tell you if your chosen route is possible, and if not suggest alternatives.
Have a great trip.
