I'm really interested in hearing people's house sitting stories. C'mon some of you Rough Guide fanatics must have done some house sitting on the big beautiful planet of ours. Tell us when it got hairy and when it was just sooooooo good. Isn't it amazing just how much luxury a scruffy traveller can find themselves in possession of? (OK so every house sitting gig is temporary but we can dream a little can't we?) What's it like being an interloper in a strange house in a foreign land?
