Apologies if this is an obvious question! We're heading off around the world next Feb for a year. Most travel insurance policies only cover you for 12 months but, obviously, you need to book your flights before you go.... How do I arrange insurance to start as soon as I've booked my flights etc right through to the end of my travels in case there's a problem before I go? I've only found one company offering 13 months insurance but I wasn't impressed with their cover!
