hey,

im planning to travel on the basic route UK-china-SE asia-australia-sth america-UK but would like to travel overland through SE asia. has anyone done this or are the distances too great?

how does it effect any RTW tickets if you need to leave rom a different place to where you landed?

Thanks

James

Peter moore has writtena very readable and amusing book about his tribute to the hippie trail from london to australia overland. Called 'the wrong way home'. He also has a website http://www.petermoore.net/ which has prics and his other travels etc.

hope this helps
