I am in the very early stages of planning a 2 year break to travel. I fact we came round to the idea the the other night. At the moment the world seems huge and I have no idea where or how to start planning. Tying up all the loose ends at home is the easy bit!

We think that the best thing would be to work our way round, both myself and my wife are professional people. We would be taking our 2 children and would self-teach them.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or any idea where we should start looking, or how to go about planning this?
