Now, I wonder if someone can tell me how to get to Venice Dorsoduro from the Treviso airport at 11pm.
Do I get the ATVO bus to Venice and from there do I get a taxi? I hear there is a taxi pass, is that right?

What is the best/cheap to go from Beauvais airport to Paris center and from Paris to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Kin : Paris BVS airport is 70KM from Paris center. The cheapest way is using the bus transfer, 13 euro per head one way. Takes about 1 hour, drops you off at "Porte Maillot" near the conference center. You can use the metro from there (line 1) to reach anything in Paris city.
