I'll spare you the long story, but if you're shopping for international plane tickets, I'd avoid cheaptickets.com. They're prices are sometimes great, but they left me in a lurch recently when an airline changed my itinerary. They simply don't have the phone staff to deal with the problems that inevitably arise from international travel. So, unless you enjoy life on hold, shop elsewhere friends.
