Hi there,

My girlfriend (31) and I (33) are keen to go to Menorca this summer (early June) and just wondered whether anyone has any tips or advice.

Basically, we're looking for somewhere that's got some nice beaches, some lovely scenary and a resort that isn't full of screaming kids or 'Ibiza' types but that still has a fair selection of restaurants etc.

I seem to remember hearing that car hire's also a good idea on the island.

Any help will be very gratefully received.
