Just to let all travellers know about this great bar I found in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. It´s got an amazing atmosphere, great food which is really cheap. . every night at 8 they do a meal for 1 euro. . the staff are really friendly and know loads about the city which they´re happy to share! It´s great for lone travellers as it´s a perfect place to meet people and is cramed with information on whats going on in Barcelona. The bar is a little rough around the edges, it´s certainly got a lived in feeling about it, but that just adds to its charm. Unpretensious and relaxed. . perfect when you arrive in a new city!! It gets really lively in the evenings and you´re right in the heart of the city. It´s called Travel Bar, it´s on a little street off the Ramblas called Boqueria on the left hand side.
