Anyone know of a ferry that goes from Croatia to Greece?

Spent 2 weeks in Croatia last year doing the whole boat/island hop thing and loved it so much that I'm going back this June and including Slovenia too.

The plan this time is to go Ljubljana down to Split/Brac, boat it to Ancona in Italy and fly out of there.

I fancy a bit of Greek island swimming too and am sure I noticed a Greek boat option last time. Any ideas much appreciated.

Jadrolinija used to run a summer service to Greece, but dropped it a few years ago. The only way now, as far as I know, is via Italy. There are several sailings a day from Ancona or Bari to Greece.
