my cousin is getting married in Sardenia September 27th, 2008 and my girlfriend and i are travelling from Canada to attend. We will be taking advantage of the opportunity and spending 3 weeks or so after the wedding to travel through western europe. We are meeting family in London near the end of October, so we will depart from there. Having never been, we could use some experienced tips on what to see and which route to take. I'd like to plan the minute details myself, but places to go is what i need help with.
Prague, Southern France, Amsterdam, Paris, German countryside. Besides a couple big cities, i'd rather do the 'off the beaten track' type of trip, using rail and car.
