I am going to Portugal in middle october, for 8 days.
We are going to arrive in Lisbon.

Any suggestions for good and cheap accomodation in Lisbon ? (preferably city or close to city)
Also since we will have 8 days in Portugal I am open for tips to visit other areas, cities.

We were thinking of Porto. Is it better to go by car or train ? Any ideas, suggestions?

Cheap car rental companies, any info is highly appreciated.
First time in Portugal, so every info is welcomed :)
