We will be flying in to the Rjeika Airport, (on KrK island) and are wanting advice as to where to stay.
I have read that the island are a better bet than Rjeika itself...what is your thoughts. What areas are the best to for what activities? Any recommmendations? We dont want to travel too far,as we are there for only 4 nights. What is transport like? |

Krk islands is ten times better, for sure.

What area of the island would you recommend? Is it easy to get from the airport?.. or to and from the towns on the island? |

I have been recently in Rijeka (just in the way to Plitvice NP) and it doesn't seem really nice. I hadn't been to Krk but sure it is much better.
