I am going to Russia (Moskow and St Pete) from Sept 8-Sept 16th and then Europe till the end of October. Looking for reccomendations for lodging in Russia as well as travel buddies. Also looking for travel buddies for Europe trip. Will be using Eurail in Europe, no UK, Spain, or France plans. Open to any other adventures.

I recently stayed in St Petersburg travellers hostel, it is on Sadovaya 25, not far from the centre really. But when we went we found that the entrance is around the corner to the left and around teh corner again, so at the back of block 25 (it took an hour and a half to figure that out!). It was fine to stay there, they don't have many people to speak english there though. the link is below - you can book through it.
