Considering a self catering family summer holiday in southern Norway. Is it as expensive as people would have you beleive? Has anyone got any helpful info that would help us plan our trip?

mate ive just spent a week or so rippin up hafjell and kaftjell.slopes in lilliehammer it was pretty cool but a bit plain if your an experienced boarder.the sheilas are among the best ive ever seen in the world and plenty around.i highly reccomend bergan aswell its the uni capital.although the accomadation is more expensive the beer is cheaper and the fjords are a must see . happy travels dude
