Avoid krackow-apartments.com, their apartments are located in buildings that can be easily accessed from the streets and one of our group was seriously assaulted with mace/pepper spray and mugged in the hallway of our apartment building. On complaint to krackow-apartments.com they didn't bother to reply for a whole week . An "enquiry" email was then sent from a different address and there was a reply to this "enquiry" the following morning. On explanation of the "enquiry" krackow-apartments.com accused him of being "malicious", "tricky" and "sarcastic" despite the fact he was only looking for an apology and a refund (for himself, not for the group). Have stayed in plenty of apartments across Europe and this crowd are to be avoided at all costs. Only interested in your money. The apartments themselves were in shocking condition and do not deserve to be classified as apartments!!!
