DO NOT FLY WITH THEM!!!
I have to share my unbelievable struggle with this “airline”. I recently purchased two tickets for my wife and I for an upcoming trip between Venice and London this summer. After ordering the tickets (and then finding their unadvertised 7 Euro fee for using a credit card), I noticed that my wife’s name was left off the confirmation page (It showed my name twice). I am very detailed and ALWAYS verify my information before purchasing anything online. After seeing the error, I notified EasyJet’s customer service immediately (within seconds) of the purchase. What has followed has been an ongoing two week e-mail confrontation with at least five “customer service” representatives from EasyJet who have not even lifted a finger to recognize nor resolve the issue. One reply (a week and a half later) stated that it was my problem and that my computer must have been using an “auto fill” option. Nonsense…I have never used auto fill to complete an order. Then they state that EasyJet’s Terms and Conditions reflect that to make a “name change” a cost of 30 Euros PLUS the difference in seat price from the time I made the original purchase must be paid to correct the error. Again, this was their systems error not my request for a name change. They also state that I must call London (long distance of course) to “speak” with their “customer service” desk if I am unhappy with their answer. Are you kidding me? I also asked politely to be put in touch with management…but no response. I could go on and on but PLEASE do yourself a favor and think long and hard if you are considering flying with EasyJet. It’s so true that you get what you pay for but this fraudulent activity goes well and beyond. This has been one of the most stressful head shaking events that I have ever experienced and I hope NO ONE has to go through this as I unfortunately have. Daniel |

Update on the EasyJet saga...
Finally after two plus weeks, I received an e-mail from customer service stating that they will in fact issue me a credit for the 32,25 Euros "name change" charge. My hope for all of mankind has now been reaffirmed! Geesh... Daniel |
