hi we're two young ladies from london travelling to cuba 29june. we are landing in,and stayin in havana for three days and thats about all we know thus far,lol.if anyone else will be on the island around this time and would like to maybe meet up to travel or merely offer some travel tips on places to visit,etc, we'd appreciate it. I'm not going to be in Cuba this summer (though I wish I could be!) but I can recommend a good tour guide to you. We met him by chance on our first day when we went to Cuba in October, he took us on a tour of central havana (quite cheap and very worthwhile as we were totally lost before!) and was also able to recommend great places to stay, to visit, to eat, etc. Also, as a local resident he was able to tell us which places are best to avoid. To us he was a life-saver. We were very lucky to meet someone so kind and trustworthy on our first day!
