Hello there,

I would like some advice about travelling to Cuba. I am currently on a round the world ticket which does not include Cuba, but when I arrive in LA in mid September I will then travel onto Cuba via Mexico.
The problem is that I am not sure whether to obtain my flight ticket in New Zealand, where I am currently or wait until the US where I can buy a flight to Cancun, and buy a ticket to Cuba once in Mexico. Im not sure what will be cheaper, a flight quote today was around 460 UK Pounds rtn from LA-Cancun-Havana and also I need to get hold of a tourist card which I would imagine is not avaiable in NZ. Where would I get this from?

I would appreciate it, if anyone can advise me on what to do.

im not sure of where and when to buy ticket to cuba but what brought my attention to you is that that you said you have round world ticket..Uh
