Pablo and his wife are probably in their late 50s and the loveliest people ever. The rooms are 25 US and 5 extra for a very copious breakfast. The house is an old colonial house and as the rooms are all on the inside patio, you actually get a bit of reasonable quiet which is nice inteh madness of Havana. Pablo speaks enough English to get by. It is right in the center of Habana vieja, 5 minutes walk from the Capitol and aout the same from the Plaza Vieja and from there, you can get everywhere in the old havana.
If you can leave some soap behind or useful things like pens,etc, it is always good in Cuba as the simplest things are seriously lacking!
