The accomodation:
The casa consists of 2 bedrooms: both are very comfortable with 2 beds each, air conditioning, fan, windows, and keys for the doors.
A living room at your disposal with TV, DVD, videos games, CD player with a lot of Cuban Music, etc.
The bathroom is new, clean, safe, cold/warm/hot water 24 hours, etc.
You also have access to the kitchen-dining room which has two refrigerators, a microwave, electric rice cooker, gas cook, mixer, etc that you can use.
From terrace you have a great view of the city and you will also find a washing machine (clothes) there.
The casa is located close to the Olympic Swimming pool.
 
The price ranges from 10 to 30 CUC (Cuban Convertible Peso)
 per night depending on the season and your selection.
 
The meals:
Breakfast (about  CUC 2-4):
Milk, coffee, tea, bread, butter, honey, marmalade, eggs (omelet, fried, etc), hamburger, cheese, fruits, juice, etc
 
Lunch & Dinner (about  CUC 5-12)
Bread, butter, soup (vegetable, chicken, etc), beans, rice, potatoes (fried and boiled), vegetables salad, (chicken or meets or fish), coffee, tea, milk, ice cream, etc
 
The food is prepared to a high standard and you can order what you prefer to eat until 3 hours before the meal. We also offer international food.
  
 Others services on offer:
· a tourist guide,
· massages,
· Internet access
· a Salsa or Spanish professor
· taxi service (English speaking) to bring you everywhere, (beaches, dolphins shows, crocodile place, the Ché Guevara or Bay of Pigs museums, the waterfalls, others cities, etc,

· a drive around the city in a classic vintage car,
· help in purchasing rum, cigars, coffee, souvenirs, etc.
There are many others service that can be offered and most of them can be included in a set price.
