Can someone help? I'm thinking of going to Antigua shortly and looking at the self catering option. Is food expensive out there either restuarants or supermarkets?

I am heading to Antigua, yet am looking for a budget place to stay if you are there and you can recommend on something? A nice place that I heard alot about is the "Wild Mangoos Bar" I don't quiet know where it is located
