I am collecting real stories for a web documentary project.

The central point must be a specific date (month, day, year) in your life you cannot forget. It can be anything but the outcome has to be a learning experience.
The most obvious dates are birthdays and anniversaries but if you tell me " I got married on June 27th 1962 and I have been happy thereafter" good for you but it will not be enough.
It can be the day you moved to another country or the day you had an accident which turned out to be a learning experience or the day when an event changed your life forever.
