Has any one driven from Holguin to Baracoa? I have driven before in Cuba and for some strange reason am going to give it another go. My main concern is the state of the road from Moa to Baracoa. Last there time we drove from Havana to Vinales on the autopista but tried to come back on the coastal "pretty" route but had to turn back after nearly trashing the car when the road became a dirt track. The other option is to go via Santiago and Guantanamo which seems a long way round especially as we are only there for a week. Any help would be gratefully recieved.
