Would appreciate any advice on working in the Caribbean.

Is it easy to find work? What type of work is easily available? Visas? Recruitment agencies? Good pay?

Looking for work in tourism. Would prefer to work as manager or assistant manager of small - medium scale hotel / holiday accommodation / hostel. Happy to work front of house/reception or administration duties. Have experience with marketing.

Anyone have any similiar experiences to share?
