I bought 'In touch' about a year ago and my subscription is about to end. I'm about to start on a big trip that may last up to three years and I want to keep in touch with people via 'In touch'. The problem is that it seems that you can only renew for one year and that you have to do it online and use a credit card. That's fine - Now, but in a years time I'd have to put my card details into a third world internet cafe machine and there is no way I'm going to do that. Is there some way of renewing for more than one year? Or not using a credit card? I'd like to know before I start my trip because if this isn't possible I'll need to make other arrangements. Goodbye 'In touch'.
It's pretty disgracful that I've had to put out this post because there seems to be no other way of contacting anyone at RG or the software maker to get an answer. They sell you the product then won't accept any responsibility for it.
This whole issue of online security is a real one, particularly for travellers. Start addressing it.

Since placing this post I've not had a reply from RG or the Creative Solutions but I have discovered the answer. If you renew your subscription the system will add the extra days to the total you have already. So if you renew your subscription three times you can 'buy' three years of time on 'in touch'. Pretty obvious really if you're prepared to take the risk. A great pity it's not mentioned anywhere on the software.
