I am having a problem with an online purchase of an eBook. I tried sending a query via the contact page on the website on Monday, Oct 31. It is now Friday, Nov 4 and I have still not received a reply. I tried calling the Rough Guides in New York (general inquiries) phone number and got an answering machine. I could find no contact information for the online store specifically. So I am now trying this avenue to find a solution.

On Monday, I purchased the Madrid DIRECTIONS eBook via the online store. At the completion of the transaction I got the following message:

When I clicked on Click Here, I got a FILE NOT FOUND message. Who can I contact or what steps do I need to take to be able to download the eBook that I paid for?
