Am visiting Manila, Cebu, Boracay or other places in Philippines December 1-12, 2002. Looking for advice on finding safe,local gay establishments. Can anyone help? I am a mature, friendly, gay, white male. I last visited Philippines about 10 years ago. Any advice on moderately, priced gay-friendly hotels?
