Just enjoyed a 5 day trip to Johannesburg with my UK friend. I am a Capetonian, never having been to Johannesburg before. We had a ball!!
We used a small company - JOZI EXPERIENCE (gay owned and staffed) to take us around.
We went to a Sangoma graduation/cultural day in Soweto, we attended a private party in the suburbs of Johannesburg, a drumming class in Alexandra Township, stayed in a private house (not really a bed and breakfast) and just felt at the end of our stay that we were part and parcel of Johannesburg life.
I can highly recommend their services, they definitely go that extra mile(or is that - kilometre)!
