We just came back from Peru, were we took two 4 day trakking expeditions. One to the Lagunas des los Condores and the other - to Grand Villaya. The first one was organized with the help of the guy from Leymebamba, his name is Nixon (ask at the maim plazza) He is very good, his guides - very good. The second trip was with the guy from Chachapoyas named Lindon. Avoid him at all costs. The beauty of the mountains and of the ruins was too great for him to spoil it totally, but he did his best. It's better to go without a guide than with him. And he is way too expencive for the services he does not provide anyway.
