Just a word of warning to anyone travelling in Vietnam. Avoid this tour company. We booked an open tour bus ticket with them in Saigon with 6 stops taking us to Hanoi. We didn't have one good experience, the buses were usually overcrowded with people forced to sit in the aisle, air conditioning often not working, staff rude and unhelpful both on the buses and in the offices, on one overnight journey we were subjected to the driver's radio at high volume until 4am despite many requests from passengers to turn it off or at least lower the volume. As we are on a RTW trip and have a limited budget it was not an option to simply buy another ticket. We did use Hanh Cafe for other tours and to arrange our visa extension and found them to be friendly and helpful.

I was drugged on an over night bus with this company whilst my ruckack was stolen.


I reported it to the police and Im waiting for my insurance to pay me back.

This also happened to another couple and the company blamed thieves and tried to tell us that it must have happened when we stopped for a toilet break
