Hi, I would like to warn you, we tried to reserve a room in Blencathra and they offered us a double room in reasonable price on the phone. They even confirmed the reservation by e-mail and asked to reconfirm it in about 5 days´ time. The very next day they sent an e-mail and said that since they hadn´t heard from us, they had promised the room for another couple! When we asked what was that, they admitted that they had made a double booking....Really annoying to become let down and even get the accusations for their mistake!!!
