Not so much of a complaint as a warning, we returned recently from Bali, having used and enjoyed our Rough Guide to get an idea of what to visit, etc.

We both wear contact lenses and were running short when we arrived...didn't think much of it as we've never had a problem finding an optician who sells contact lens solution. And here is the bizarre thing, having been in Sanur, Lovina, Singaraja, Ubud and Nusa Lembongan we never ONCE came across anywhere to buy contact lens solution. In Ubud I was told by a young glasses wearing woman that the only place she knew of to go for optical supplies was in Denpasar, unfortunately not on our itinerary.

It would be good for Rough Guides to let their readers know where they can go for their optical concerns or at least warn visitors to make sure they have enough contact lens solution to get them through their trip.
