The bus station in Pula, Croatia is actually out Istarske Divizije and not as indicated in the Rough Guide I had. Trains from Ljubljana, Slovenia to Bled-Lesce do not run hrly but 6.13, 6.50,9.50, 10.10, 12.05, etc.
The Trubadur is a nice small cafe in Ljubljana where I had a sandwich, beer, desert and tea for about $10.
Pension Berc in Bled is very, very nice with a great breakfast. At Lake Bohinj the Pension Gasperson is nice and reasonable and the gal is English.
Look for a cafe on the right as you walk from bus stop in Bohinjska Bistrica to the train station because the desserts are great. There's a orange and yellow sign saying Caffe.
