I'm writing this because your guide mentions the hotel.

The room and location were ok.

But the front desk were basically inethical---they quoted one price, then was our luggage was up in the room, they changed the price, and then finally--and worse, without any advance notice they charged the final amount in US dollars to include not only a horrible exchange rate, but also the Visa fee. I've never experienced this kid of run-around. Avoid.

If you do stay--pay in Euros and make it clear in writing what the fee is... I would never trust those guys again. I left ad went to another hotel and didn't feel robbed...... the people at the other hotel had never heard of such a thing.
