hey does anyone know how stict the immigration is in nz on overstaying your visa? i have been over here for a year on a working visa and will probably be here 2 weeks after in expires. i am not sure if i want to waste $85 getting a 3 month holiday visa or just wing it and hope for the best! any advice would be great. cheers

Hi there - yeh if you wanna go back to NZ - I suggest paying the $85 as if they find you out - your probably gonna be banned from the country. I know OZ does that - doubt NZ is any different - don't risk it I'd say.
