This might sound like the stupidist question on earth but does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do with important stuff like passports, cards and cash when your on any of the beachs and out swimming. We dont fancy leaving them in the lockers at the hostels. We are doing lots of places in Asia and South America aswell as Oz and are unsure how to get around this.

Travel stores may have waterproof containers that you could wear while swimming. They usually strap around your waist and are either a waterproof bag or a small plastic box with rubber gaskets.

Cheers, as we've got alot of other bits to pick up from the travel shops we'll keep an eye out for one.
