G,day Everybody

I need Urgent help with my Money I mean i,m leaving ukraine soon and i have over $5000 USD in the bank but according to Ukraine banks laws I,m not allowed to send more than $600 USD per month to any overseas bank accounts, Currently i have a bank account in Australia and am only allow to carry $1000 USD on the plane when i leav Ukraine can anyone help me with advice on how i can send my asset to asutralia without restrictions ?? this is Urgent and yes Ukraine has stupid laws so please any little advice i will really really appericate
