Can anyone suggest the cheapest way to book internal flights? Is it best to go direct through the airlines or do reputable brokers exist who can get cheaper tickets?

Hi there,
Internal flights within Australia are best to book online. Two airlines that have cheap deals are Virgin Blue and Jetstar. Both of these airlines have 'happy hour' deals. This means they have really cheap flights between 12pm-2pm everyday. Jetstar starts an hour later at 1pm-2pm, and Virgin Blue starts at 12pm-1pm. I wouldnt recommed using the website zuji.com.au . This site, in the long run doesnt have cheap air fares, and adds on extra taxes, and online booking fees on top of the regular price of the ticket itself. So its better to book with the airline on their own site. Qantas I'm not sure if they have cheap air fares at certains times during the day. Anyways, hope this helps.

Cheers,
aussie23.
