I will find myself stuck in Sydney for Christmas eve and Christmas day on my own. I'm sure there will be plenty to do in the city on those days but would I be better off at Bondai? I'd like to get a hotel booked in advance so it's a case of either extending my stay in the city or trying to find somewhere at the beach... any thoughts?

Only one place to stay downtown, thats Sydney Central YHA. Good value, lots to do and people to meet. Forget the rest this is the best!!!
