howdy again, i want to do the flight from delhi to leh, how is it at this time of year, how often r the flights and how much? is it advisable to go there right now (india/pakistan/kashmir tension?)

there should not be any problem on that side of kashmir. altough it´s gonna be freezing cold up there right now. ladakh, the buddhist part of kashmir is pretty save i would say.
