I just came back from Tokyo and had a wonderful time. I arranged a Ryokan through http://JapaneseGuestHouses.com. Great. In the center for about $55 a night. Good breakfast. I also took a bike tour as listed in the Rough Guide to Tokyo. Wonderful fun. Full day, good bike, good overview of the center. Nice people, good English and good knowledge. Good exercise. A treat.
