Hi. Does anybody know any cheap hotel (up to RM100 per double per night) in a walking distance from the Larkin Bus Terminal at Johor Bahru, Malaysia?

We will arrive to Senai Airport on Air Asia flight from Kuchin at some 11pm and plan to leave next morning by bus to Mersing, so we are just looking for a place to get some sleep. Thanks.
