I stayed at the Greenfields Hotel in Hoi An, and had a terrible time. We saw mice on three different occasions in our room, they lost our laundry and the air conditioner didn't work. The staff were rude, unhelpful and ignorant. They made our stay incredibly unpleasant, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Such a sweet creature ruined your stay?I dont see anything bad about seeing a mouse in my room!As for the other thing nice of you to share it with others and perhapse save someone from these not-so-desirable experiences.Hope you dont mind my little comment!Best regards!

Sorry to hear about your bad experience at the Greenfields Hotel in Hoi An. I was also in Hoi An about 2 years ago and stayed at a wonderful place, the Hoi An Hotel - you can get more info at http://www.asia-hotels.com/hotel/Hoi_An_Hotel.htm. It's a great place - very big and modern with clean, spacious rooms and a helpful staff. They arranged a day trip for me to the nearby ruins (Son My, I believe) and it was overall a great experience.

Hoi An is a really amazing city and I'd definitely recommend spending at least a few days at the Hoi An Hotel.

PS - I didn't see a single mouse while I was there! :)
