am hopefully going to india this summer. by october i should be done trekking in the north and hopefully will have time to go beaching.
my questions are:
is this a good season (i don't mind a little rain)?
where should i go? i am looking for a place that is peacfull yet accesible to other places if i want some partying.
how do the beaches of india compare to thailand? food? shakes? massages? tropical fruit?

the other option would be simply flying to thailand for the last month, after all i do love thai food. but this will ,ake my trip more expensive then planned.
