I'm going to Vietnam in December. Everything seems affordable until I started looking up kayaking tours in Halong Bay. mucho mucho $ for a single traveler. Is anyone planning to be in the area around 2nd week of December with similar interest? If you've been there, any advice? Is it likely I'll find some local operators upon arrival with preset tours that I can joined at a reasonable price?
